The threads inside are the working part.
A plain quartz holds and amplifies. A quartz with rutile running through it is held to direct as well, the needles read as lines along which something travels. The black kind is the protective one, worn to ground, to clear, and to cut through whatever is standing in the way.
Every bead carries a different arrangement and there is no way to select for it. That is part of it. The stone is particular rather than decorative, and the one that arrives is the one that arrives.
Small beads against dark wood, kept deliberately fine so the needles stay the thing you notice.
For anyone who wants protection that works quietly. At arm's length this reads as a plain grey band, which is usually the point.

Wearing & Care
Quartz is hard and takes daily wear without complaint. Stretch cords slacken over a year or two and any bead shop can restring one cheaply. Wood does not like prolonged soaking, so take it off for showers.

Are the bracelets handmade?
Yes. Every bracelet is handcrafted by our artisans. It is also why we can make one to fit you: leave your wrist measurement as a note in your cart and we will do our best.
How do I find my size?
Open the Size Guide above the Add to cart button. Wrap a piece of string around your wrist, lay it flat and measure it, then match the number to S, M, L or XL. Between two sizes, take the larger one.
Are the stones real?
Yes. Every bead is cut from genuine natural stone, never dyed glass or resin.
Will mine look exactly like the photos?
Close, but never identical. Natural stone varies in colour and banding from bead to bead, which is how you know it is real.
What if it does not fit?
Send it back within 30 days of delivery.
