Before you buy

We would rather lose a sale than oversell a piece. Here is everything worth knowing before you order.

01

No two statues are the same

Each statue is shaped and fired separately, so no two come out of the kiln alike. Glaze pools differently, the clay fires a shade lighter or darker, a brow or a fold of robe sits a little differently. The one that reaches you is a sibling of the one in the photo, not a copy.

02

Crystal bracelets will not match the photo bead for bead

Tiger's eye, amethyst, quartz and obsidian are cut from natural rough. Banding, colour depth, veils and inclusions change from strand to strand, so your bracelet is the same stone, the same bead size and the same fit as the one pictured, with a pattern of its own.

03

Cracks and small dents are part of the piece

A fine crackle in a glaze, a small dent or pit in unglazed clay, a tiny chip at a bead's drill hole or a knot that sits slightly off are marks of hand work and natural stone, not defects. We only treat a piece as damaged if it arrives broken, visibly chipped or with a split cord.

04

Tibetan silver is meant to darken

Tibetan silver is an alloy with an oxidised finish, not sterling. If a piece is sterling, the listing says 925. The dark recesses are put there on purpose, and the raised surfaces will dull and darken with wear and skin contact. That patina is the point. Wipe with a dry cloth if you want it brighter, and never use silver dip, which strips the depth out of the pattern.

Measure before you order

Bracelets are listed by inner circumference in both centimetres and inches. Measure your wrist with a strip of paper and add 0.6in for a comfortable fit on 8mm beads. Rings marked adjustable open at the back.

Questions we get

Write to us
How long does delivery take to my country?

Tracked standard runs nine to sixteen business days to the US and Canada, eight to fifteen to the UK and EU, and seven to fourteen to Australia and New Zealand. Express is available at checkout. Every order gets a tracking number when it leaves Malaysia.

Will I pay customs or import duty?

Most orders sit below the duty threshold in the US, UK, EU and Australia, but the threshold is set by your country and not by us. If duty is charged it is payable by you on delivery. We declare every parcel honestly.

Can I return a piece that does not fit?

Unworn pieces can be returned within thirty days of delivery in their original packaging. Return postage is yours unless the piece arrived damaged or wrong, in which case we cover it and send a replacement.

What if my piece arrives damaged?

Send us a photo within 7 days of delivery, with your order number, and we will replace it or refund you.

Are the metals nickel free?

Not all of them. Alloys containing nickel are marked on the product page. If you have a known nickel sensitivity, choose the stone-only pieces.

How do I care for the finish?

Keep silver-tone pieces away from perfume, chlorine and seawater, and wipe them with a dry cloth after wearing. Do not use silver dip on oxidised work, it strips the darkened recesses that give the pattern its depth.

Do the pieces come blessed or consecrated?

No. We sell them as objects, not as consecrated items, and we will not claim otherwise. Many customers take a new mala or amulet to their own temple or teacher.
