The small gold disc on this ring is a cash coin, and the square hole in the middle of it is not a manufacturing decision.
Round outside, square inside. That is the old Chinese picture of the world: 天圓地方, round sky over square earth. Chinese money was struck that way for two thousand years, from the Qin dynasty to within living memory, so every coin anyone ever earned carried a small diagram of the cosmos through the market with it. Money and the shape of the world were the same object. That is why the coin outlived the currency as a charm, and why it still turns up on things people wear for luck with money.
The blue enamel curl on the other shoulder is a 如意 cloud, which means as you wish. It is the head of the sceptre handed over in court paintings when a favour is being granted. On a money piece it is the second half of the wish: not just that it comes, but that it comes without a fight.
The stone is white chalcedony, cut as a plain high dome and left completely undecorated. That is deliberate. Against the gold, the enamel and the two small red cabochons, the white is the quiet part that stops the ring reading as costume.
For anyone building something that has not paid out yet. A business in its early years, a first salaried job, a savings target with a long way to run. It makes a straightforward gift for someone who has just started earning, or for the new year, when this is close to the standard thing to wish a person.
It is small enough for daily wear and the meaning stays private, since most people will read it as a white stone and a bit of gold.
The band is open at the back and bends to fit, so treat it as one adjustable size and avoid opening and closing it more than you have to. Keep it away from hand cream and perfume, which dull a gold finish quicker than wear does, and take it off before washing up.

Rings that come in sizes have a Size Guide link under the size options. It shows how to measure your finger with a piece of string and matches the result to US, UK and EU sizes. Rings without size options are adjustable or one size, and the Specifications say which.
Send it back within 30 days. Open-band rings can also be adjusted by gently squeezing or widening the band.
Only when the listing says 925. Tibetan silver is a silver-coloured alloy, and we name the exact metal in the Specifications on every ring.
Tibetan silver darkens gradually with wear, which most people prefer, and a soft cloth brightens it again. Stainless steel does not fade or tarnish.
Stainless steel rings are fine in water. Take off Tibetan silver, gold-toned and stone-set rings before washing up, swimming or using hand cream.
