One stone of change, ringed by the stone that guards it.
Black tourmaline is the shield. It is the boundary stone, worn between you and whatever is coming at you, and the one people reach for when they want something solid at their back. Grounding, steadying, and entirely unglamorous about it.
Malachite is the opposite motion. The stone of transformation, carried by people in the middle of changing something, and long kept as a guardian for travellers and for children. Where tourmaline holds a line, malachite moves you across one.
It earns that meaning honestly. Malachite is copper that weathered underground until it stopped being metal and became something else entirely. It does not represent transformation. It is transformation, stopped and polished.
Which is why there is one bead of it and not twenty. It sits between two fluted gold rings with the tourmaline closed the whole way around it: the change held in the centre, the protection encircling it. Scattered through the strand it would have said nothing at all.
For anyone going through something, who would rather be held steady while it happens.

Wearing & Care
Malachite is soft and marks easily, so keep it clear of harder stones and abrasive surfaces. Being a copper mineral, do not sand it, drill it or clean it with anything acidic. Worn as it comes, it is entirely fine.
Stretch cords slacken over a year or two of daily wear and any bead shop can restring one cheaply.

Are the bracelets handmade?
Yes. Every bracelet is handcrafted by our artisans. It is also why we can make one to fit you: leave your wrist measurement as a note in your cart and we will do our best.
How do I find my size?
Open the Size Guide above the Add to cart button. Wrap a piece of string around your wrist, lay it flat and measure it, then match the number to S, M, L or XL. Between two sizes, take the larger one.
Are the stones real?
Yes. Every bead is cut from genuine natural stone, never dyed glass or resin.
Will mine look exactly like the photos?
Close, but never identical. Natural stone varies in colour and banding from bead to bead, which is how you know it is real.
What if it does not fit?
Send it back within 30 days of delivery.
