In China the chrysanthemum is the flower of the man who quit.
Around the year 405 a minor official called Tao Yuanming walked out of his post rather than bow to an inspector and went home to farm. The line everybody still quotes has him picking chrysanthemums by the eastern fence, and it became the standard image for choosing a smaller life on purpose. Not the Western funeral flower at all.
The fence is on the pendant. That gold panel down one side is an ice-crack lattice, the screen set into old garden walls, and the chrysanthemums grow up beside it.
The white agate plaque behind them is cut as a ruyi lock. Ruyi (如意) means as you wish, and the lock is the old charm hung on a child to fasten good fortune in place so it cannot wander off. Not luck asked for. Luck kept. Which makes it the right gift for a new house, a new job, or a year somebody wants to hold on to.
Every petal is a cell sunk into the metal and flooded with enamel, which is why a fine gold line is drawn around each one.
Enamel chips on a hard knock, so give the pendant its own corner of the bag, and keep perfume off the colour. A dry cloth is all it needs. Natural stone, so the tone shifts piece to piece.

Every necklace lists its chain or cord length in the Specifications. As a guide, 45 cm sits on the collarbone and 60 cm on the upper chest. The Length Guide above the Add to cart button shows both.
When the Specifications say natural jadeite, jade, agate, chalcedony or obsidian, that is what it is. The exact material of every piece is named there, including the metal and any plating.
Close, but not identical. Natural stone differs in colour and marking from piece to piece, and hand carving varies a little too.
Yes. Stainless steel can be worn in water. Jade and other stone can stay on through the day, but take it off before sport or anything involving impact. Keep enamel and plated pieces away from water, perfume and abrasion.
