Detail in the Metal
Petals, blossoms and cloud scrolls are raised from the metal itself, and the antiqued finish settles into the recesses so every line reads. Run a thumb across it and you feel the pattern.

A whole vine, not a single flower.
The pattern runs continuously along the band, stems and leaves and buds carrying round the wrist instead of sitting at a single point. It is the difference between a motif and a pattern, and it changes how the piece reads. A single bloom is a symbol. A running vine is decoration, and it is content being that.
The lotus is still doing its usual work underneath. The flower that comes up clean out of silt.
For anyone who wants the meaning present without it being the first thing anybody sees. A pattern carries it more quietly than a symbol does.
Set the shape once and slide it on from the side after that, because repeated opening and closing fatigues the metal. A soft cloth if you want it brighter, though the antiquing in the recesses is what makes the vine read, so do not polish it flat.
If you want one flower and a plain band instead, the Buddhist Lotus Cuff is the quiet version.
Open cuffs are adjustable. Squeeze gently to tighten or widen to loosen until it sits right, then leave it set and slide it on from the side. Opening and closing a cuff over and over tires the metal.

Every design here comes from a tradition: the lotus that rises clean out of silt, plum blossom that opens in the snow, clouds for good fortune, Pixiu for wealth that stays. On your wrist it is in view all day.

Tibetan silver darkens gradually with wear, which most people prefer, and a soft cloth brightens it again. Leave the dark in the recesses, because that is what makes the pattern read.
Take it off before swimming, showering or washing up, and keep it away from hand cream and perfume.
