There is a mountain inside each of the clear beads.
Green chlorite grew into the quartz while the crystal was still forming, and it settled in layers that read as moss, or trees, or a small hill hanging in glass with nothing holding it up. The Chinese name is 綠幽靈, green ghost, for exactly that reason.
It is a wealth stone, but a specific kind of wealth. Chinese practice separates 正財, money that comes from your own work, from 偏財, money that arrives by luck. Green phantom quartz is for the first one. It is what people wear for a business, a career, a thing they are building rather than a thing they are hoping for. If you want the windfall version, that is a different stone and a different bracelet.
Black obsidian fills the rest of the circle and does the opposite job. It is the protection stone in Chinese practice, worn to take the edge off what is coming at you rather than to draw anything in. Volcanic glass, polished bright and completely opaque, so the phantom beads are the only things at the front that light gets into.
Gold-toned filigree caps sit either side of each crystal with small gold rounds between them, so the four are framed rather than simply threaded on.
For anyone building something that has not paid off yet. Black, clear and gold, so it reads more like jewellery than like a crystal bracelet and it sits well with warm metals.

Wearing & Care
Elastic, no clasp, so roll it on rather than stretching it wide. Obsidian is glass and will chip if it meets a hard floor. The gold finish is plated over copper, so keep it clear of perfume and hairspray and take it off before a shower.

Are the bracelets handmade?
Yes. Every bracelet is handcrafted by our artisans. It is also why we can make one to fit you: leave your wrist measurement as a note in your cart and we will do our best.
How do I find my size?
Open the Size Guide above the Add to cart button. Wrap a piece of string around your wrist, lay it flat and measure it, then match the number to S, M, L or XL. Between two sizes, take the larger one.
Are the stones real?
Yes. Every bead is cut from genuine natural stone, never dyed glass or resin.
Will mine look exactly like the photos?
Close, but never identical. Natural stone varies in colour and banding from bead to bead, which is how you know it is real.
What if it does not fit?
Send it back within 30 days of delivery.
